an annual event coordinated by The Whanganui Arts Marketing and Development Trust board.
Each year we open up our doors and invite you to experience our vibrant creative community & participate in the various artistic activities which are open to the public.
The Whanganui region has been a creative centre for over a century & a half developing & training local artistic talent as well as attracting artists from around the world who have decided to call the region home.
We are inspired by the majestic mountains, native forests, inspiring beaches, the depth of history and tradition and diversity which are all inextricably united together by the grandeur of the Whanganui River which defines & unites the region.
